We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our Commercial team, playing a key role in driving new business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated to own the full sales cycle while building strong client relationships and delivering impactful product demonstrations.
What will you do?
As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the sales journey from qualified opportunity through to close, driving revenue growth and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients
Build and nurture strong relationships to progress opportunities and drive revenue
Collaborate closely with SDRs, ensuring smooth handover of leads and sharing feedback
Progress opportunities through negotiation and successful deal closure
Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce, supporting forecasting and reporting
Conduct follow-up meetings and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a motivated and inquisitive individual who brings energy, organisation, and a collaborative mindset to a sales environment.
2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or similar
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and progress opportunities effectively
Confident in negotiation and closing techniques
Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn and improve
Comfortable working collaboratively in a hybrid environment, building strong relationships with SDRs and wider teams
