As we continue to grow our enterprise customer base, we’re creating a unique SDR role that focuses on unlocking growth within our existing major and key accounts through proactive outbound activity. This role is all about curiosity, insight, and spotting opportunity where others might not.
What will you do?
As our Sales Development Representative, you will:
Research and deeply understand our existing enterprise customers to uncover new stakeholders, teams, regions, and use cases
Identify “white space” opportunities within accounts and proactively open new commercial conversations
Engage senior stakeholders through personalised outbound multi‑channel outreach, with a key focus on cold-calling and social selling
Generate high‑quality discovery meetings and pipeline opportunities for our Key/Major Account Managers
Build and maintain detailed stakeholder maps across L&D, HR, Procurement, and leadership teams
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, ensuring clear visibility of account structures and engagement history
Who are we looking for?
You’re naturally curious, commercially minded, and motivated by uncovering opportunities. You enjoy building relationships, asking smart questions, and making a measurable impact. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Proven outbound B2B sales experience, whether as an SDR already or a business development focused recruitment role
Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels, and won’t be afraid to use the phone as a key method of outreach
A research‑led mindset – you like to understand organisations deeply to identify new commercial opportunities
Tenacity and resilience – you stay focused and proactive, even when conversations take time to progress
A consultative approach, tailoring messages to each account and stakeholder
Comfort working towards pipeline and activity targets in a structured sales environment
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
