We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to play a key role in our Finance team, delivering accurate reporting and insights that support decision-making across the business. The Finance team is at the heart of our operations, ensuring financial processes run smoothly, compliantly, and with clarity for colleagues and stakeholders alike.

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), ideally trained in practice
• Strong technical grounding with sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls
• Confident with Excel and financial systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Exposure to VAT, PAYE and tax compliance advantageous
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
• Clear communicator, able to present financial insights to senior stakeholders
• Adaptable and hands-on, with a collaborative approach across varied tasks
• Team player with a growth mindset and a proactive attitude

About The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support decision-making across the business. Working within a small and agile team, you’ll gain exposure across all aspects of finance, making this an ideal opportunity to build broad industry experience.

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments
• Own and reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets
• Assist with VAT returns, PAYE compliance, and corporation tax submissions
• Provide analysis and support to the Finance Manager, Head of Finance, and wider team
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including cash forecasting
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure statutory compliance
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, process improvements, and business initiatives
• Provide cover across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and FP&A when needed
