You’re a confident facilitator with a passion for learning and development. You bring creativity, empathy, and a consultative mindset to every client interaction. You enjoy dynamic environments, love solving problems, and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve. You’re comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and you leave a lasting impression wherever you go.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for engaging training sessions
- Instructional design expertise to create memorable learning experiences
- Visual and graphic design skills with a keen eye for brand alignment
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support client performance
- Working knowledge of Articulate 360 suite
- Deep understanding of L&D methodologies, trends, and technologies
About The Role
As a Client Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll lead the design and delivery of high-impact training programmes that support client success. You’ll work closely with clients to uncover learning needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver training that drives performance. You’ll also contribute to new product development and act as a brand ambassador for Omniplex Learning.
- Conducting consultative conversations to uncover client learning needs
- Designing and developing customised training materials and resources
- Delivering virtual and in-person training sessions across systems and soft skills
- Facilitating webinars and workshops that engage and inspire
- Supporting go-to-market activities for new training products
- Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements
- Staying current with L&D trends and sharing innovations
- Managing training administration for seamless delivery
