- Demonstrate an ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
- Possess excellent communication skills to manage external and internal relationships.
- Are highly organised and can manage your time effectively.
- Have a keen eye for spotting opportunities and are results-driven.
- Are experienced in building strong relationships with stakeholders spanning up to board level.
- Have a firm grip on written communication, particularly when it comes to solution proposal writing.
- Have experience demonstrating software or solutions to customers across various products.
- Can identify industry or client trends that create cross-sell opportunities.
- Have extensive experience in expanding relationships within accounts.

About The Role
Your role will involve strategically planning and growing the revenue generated from our high-value accounts, building strong relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor in the digital learning industry. As well as this, you'll be tasked with:
- Proactively manage high-value or high potential accounts to maximise growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets through careful account management and capitalising on new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Increase our brand exposure in the eLearning market, positioning us as a trusted advisor in the L&D industry.
- Present our industry-leading products through digital demonstrations, webinars, and client interactions.
- Conduct industry insights to identify trends and finding gaps in our portfolio for cross-selling opportunities.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target and expand contact reach within accounts.
- Identify clients' learning needs to cross-sell and upsell our product range.
- Maximise every interaction with clients to uncover growth possibilities within our top customers.
