Contract Finance Manager

We are looking for a Contract Finance Manager to cover a role in the team for a period of 6 months. The business operates in a high growth environment, and as such this individual could play a key part in the continuous improvement within the department, including progressing systems, tuning processes and bringing further insight to key stakeholders.
About You
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in finance who is passionate about taking ownership of numbers and able to respectfully challenge others. Ideally, you will have experience in a high-growth environment and be able to hit the ground running.
- Strong financial acumen with at least 3 years of experience in finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, professional, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of self-motivation and commitment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and specified standards
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
About The Role
- Perform month-end duties alongside the team to deliver an efficient and accurate close process
- Produce and present weekly financial reports to the Board with timely management information and commentary on business performance
- Business partner with three of Omniplex Learning's business units, providing timely management information to key stakeholders and steering the business to commercial success
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance
- Own the cash flow forecasting for the business
- Contribute to the preparation and analysis of management accounts
- Contribute to board reporting on a monthly basis
