Key Account Manager

We already do business with the majority of the FTSE100 and we’re growing our portfolio of products to include amazing technology to offer our clients the perfect solution for their eLearning needs.
About You
This is an important growth role for Omniplex Learning so it’s important that you can come in and hit the ground running. You could be in a Key Account Manager role and looking to grow within an ambitious business or be a high-flyer with huge potential that is ready for their next step.
- Previous experience in a sales role and a demonstrable history of growing customer accounts
- An excellent communicator with the ability to manage external relationships at all levels
- Always striving for excellence, time management and organisation is key to ensuring your success
- A ‘can-do’ attitude who uses their natural ability to spot opportunities and deliver
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders up to board level
- You never stop learning to become an expert in Omniplex Learning solutions.
About The Role
You will manage our existing high or potential value accounts to maximise opportunities for growth. The customer is paramount so to do this you will get to understand our clients’ learning needs and be part of their journey. You may create opportunities by upselling and cross selling our industry leading products or by offering leads to our team of product experts.
- Achieve sales targets through account management and capitalising on new opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Produce strategic account plans to develop key accounts and strengthen your commercial portfolio
- Increase our brand exposure in the eLearning market and showcase our position as a ‘trusted advisor’ within the L&D industry.
- Present our portfolio of industry leading products through digital demonstrations, webinars
- Update our CRM system with sales activity, opportunities, and customer information
