Technical SEO Specialist

About You

You will need:
- A high level of technical SEO expertise
- Strong knowledge of link building strategies and campaigns
- Knowledge and understanding of standard and current SEO practices
- Highly analytical and results driven mindset
- Knowledge and expertise of industry recognised tools for optimisation, analytics, and research, these will include Semrush. GA, Google Search Console, Hotjar, MOZ, Ahrefs
- A strong can-do attitude and action orientated approach to drive the SEO strategy and website optimisation
- Knowledge of L&D industry and a B2B market would be beneficial
- Experience with HTML/CSS would be a plus
About The Role
This role will require you to take ownership and accountability for Technical SEO across the different products. If you are passionate about understanding audiences, analysing analytics, driving engagement and maximising traffic, then this role is for you! You will be integral in supporting ambitious business growth plans and delivering on Marketing KPIs. You will:
- Lead the overall SEO strategy including technical and onsite optimisation, offsite link building and KPI tracking
- Take responsibility for developing and implementing all SEO optimisation
- Maintain external and internal collaborative working relationships with other team members to coordinate SEO strategy.
- Update and share recommendations for website and content for new and existing products
- Audit our websites on a regular basis and implementing changes to improve issues
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to set up robust keyword strategies and grow our market share
- Create blog and content briefs based on keyword research and work closely with team to deliver results
- Prepare and present relevant data and reporting on a monthly basis to deliver against KPIs
