Since the investment, the business will finish the financial year with +120% growth in revenue.

• Higher education at either A-Level or Degree Level, preferably within a financial or business context

About The Role

This role will be reporting into the Financial Controller within the Finance department; however, this will be a widely dynamic position providing assistance to different areas within finance as well as supporting the Senior Management team. Our goal is to offer a range of finance experience, as well as the opportunity to gain experience in a private equity environment.  

The role will work across a range of finance areas:

• Key day to day finance roles: The running of the company depends on executing some finance fundamentals, from cashflow forecasting, to understanding our tax position, to managing fixed assets
• Month-end focus: Closing our month is integral to the integrity of the business’ finances, tasks at month end include reconciliations, analytical reviews and applying accounting practices learned through your studies
• Process improvement: Assisting in upgrading our finance and business processes (e.g. raising of orders)
• Business partnering: We don’t work on the business, we work in the business. We partner with our stakeholders to drive finance insight and help shape our business strategy. Work here could include working with our business unit leaders on specific projects, to drive business performance.
