- Previous experience in a similar training admin role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage time and workload
- Impeccable attention to detail with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A great communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels
- To be proficient in the use of MS Office suite of programmes
About The Role
As a Training Coordinator you will provide a high level of administrative support to our Training Team. Specifically, you will take responsibility for coordinating and scheduling training activities that Omniplex Learning delivers to our clients and working on a wide range of administrative tasks relating to training.
- Responding to general enquiries via email, you will book client calls, send summary emails to clients and provide the Sales Team with training availability
- Maintaining and updating training calendars and checklists
- Updating internal applications such as Forecast
- Creating polls for training
- Setting up and registering clients onto webinars
- Creating courses with training videos and training resources
- Monitoring training feedback on Survey Monkey
- Creating and sending client certificates
- Creating training delivery reports
