Business Development Manager (Studio)

We do that by delivering a complete learning solution, connecting people to a higher level of skill and confidence by providing easy access to continuous learning and development.
We already do business with the majority of the FTSE100 and we’re growing our portfolio of products to include amazing technology to offer our clients the perfect solution for their eLearning needs. This role will join our Expert Sales Team and have a focus on Docebo product sales.
About You
This is an important growth role for Omniplex Learning so it’s important that you can come in and hit the ground running. You could be in an Enterprise Sales role or another senior sales role with a solid experience of solutions sales.
- Previous experience in a sales role and a demonstrable history of winning new business, ideally specialising in Custom Digital Content
- An excellent communicator with the ability to manage external relationships at all levels
- Always striving for excellence, you’ll drive new opportunities to maximise their potential ensure your success
- Commercially astute with a demonstrable knowledge of the market and the opportunities which will make you a success
- A ‘can-do’ attitude who uses their natural ability to spot opportunities and deliver results in both new business and from our existing accounts
- A proactive approach, whilst leads will be generated, we are looking for someone with an ability to hunt new opportunities
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders up to board level
- You never stop learning to become an expert in Omniplex Learning solutions and keep up to date your industry and competitor knowledge
- Knowledge of DAS would be useful
About The Role
You will proactively develop business and turn low volume, high value prospects into new accounts for the by identifying new leads, partnering with our clients, and working with the internal sales and product expert teams. The customer is paramount so to do this you will get to understand our clients’ learning needs and be part of their journey.
- Achieve sales targets through and capitalise on new opportunities to grow the Docebo product and Omniplex Learning’s presence in the market.
- Proactively grow your network in the industry to understand our market and generate sales opportunities
- Increase our brand exposure in the eLearning market and showcase our position as a ‘trusted advisor’ within the L&D industry.
- Present our portfolio of industry leading products through digital demonstrations, webinars
- Update our CRM system with sales activity, opportunities, and customer information
